Return & Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

A. Returns

We hope that you love the items you ordered! However, if you change your mind, we're more than happy to offer you a change of mind refund, so long as your return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the below terms.

B. Receiving Your Refund

For all change of mind returns made within 7 days of receiving the order, we offer a full refund to your method of purchase, minus a 15% restocking fee.

If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to accept any returns. 

If you return any items more than 7 days after you received your order, you are responsible for arranging shipment and any related postage fees to receive your returns back, as we are unable to offer a return option or accept any returns after 7 days have passed.

C. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot offer change of mind refunds for:

  • Partially or already assembled products.
  • Bulk orders due to the large quantity.
  • Made-to-order products.
  • Gift cards

We are only able to accept change of mind returns within 7 days for items that are not stated in section B after the item is delivered. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. 

D. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused.
  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Not assembled.
  • In a re-sellable condition.
  • In the original packaging.

E. Faulty Items

For all faults, defects or damages of any products, please notify our customer care team immediately at support@jchomewares.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the damage, fault or defect, and
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the issue to illustrate the problem.

Any claims of damage, faults or defects must be made within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Any claim made outside of this timeframe is invalid, and will be rejected.

F. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item you purchased, we recommend you place a new order, and return your original order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

G. Request For Refund / Return

To return your items, please fill out our Refund Form and send it to us at support@jchomewares.com. We will then process your return request accordingly.

Please do not attempt to return the item(s) back to the manufacturer without our approval.

H. Returns Process

J&C. Homewares is not held responsible for the return shipping cost, nor if your return is lost in transit. Please hold on to your proof of postage.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved for a refund, we will process your refund (or replacement item, if applicable) minus any applicable freight costs, within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.

I. Cancellations 

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. Therefore, your final refund will have the 10% cancellation fee subtracted. Please select your items carefully.

J. Terms

Our Return & Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.

J&C Homewares, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to not offer an exchange or refund if you change your mind.
