We only replace items (for the same item) that are deemed faulty, defective or damaged within 24 hours after the item is delivered. Please notify us with photos and/or videos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the items.
We currently do not offer exchanges for different items. If you wish to do so, please submit a refund request (read our refund policy first to see if you are eligible). Once your request is approved, we will process a refund and you can purchase a new item.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved for a refund or an exchange. We will process your refund (or replacement item, if applicable) within 3-5 business days of receiving the original item(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit or refund (if applicable), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For change of mind returns, there is an associated restocking fee. This restocking fee is 15%. Therefore, all change of mind refunds will have the return postage cost and restocking fee subtracted from the final refund.
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, there will be 10% cancellation fee. Therefore, your final refund will have the 10% fee subtracted.
If you are shipping an item over $99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
